Countdown to Babyville: 28 days. Or less. Maybe even much less. I knew from day one of this blog that the day would come that I would be less available for a while and I hope I have prepared all of you regular readers for this site to go dim (but not go dark). Baby will be here soon. He's not here yet, but if my wife's trip to the hospital this week and doctor's orders to take it easy are any indication, that day is coming up fast. So, if you don't hear from me for a while, I'll be busy getting ready for the baby or taking care of the baby or trying to catch a few minutes of sleep. It doesn't mean that the real work going on behind the scenes at the coop has slowed down. On the contrary, the past two weeks on the dev forums have been rockin'. Really some beautiful, amazing work by everyone on the team. Hopefully I can slowly catch up and post screenshots here and update the download files before too long.

I have a son due in a few weeks as well. My fiance was just put on bed rest last week and she's already going crazy, (and taking me with her..). Good luck and congratulations.

Congratulations and good luck to you too, man. My wife is on not-quite-bed-rest, but with a 3-year-old and a 6-year-old to chase around all day she's pretty tired by the end of the day. Get your fiance some long videos -- my wife is partial to Jane Austen movies, but anything will do. And the part about going crazy, I've been there for a long, long time -- kids'll do that to a parent.
